As the first Chair of the Association, I recognize there is a huge responsibility, not only to my Board but to the membership.
Our strategy is simple, (E.P.D.) Engagement – Partnership – Delivery. These themes drive our direction and focus.
- Engagement – The CGAO is committed to be engaged in a process to find common ground to drive change by working in the tent rather than being on the outside. This comes through ongoing re-positioning and re-alignment.
- Partnership – The CGAO embraces constructive partnership with Government, Charities and Commercial Organizations who can ensure the long term survival of the Charitable Gaming Sector. We see strength in partnerships.
- Delivery – The CGAO looks to deliver real and lasting re-alignment to the industry that enhances our Product to ensure improved Charitable Revenues and ongoing profitability of the Commercial sector. A vibrant Commercial Sector is extremely positive for Charitable Gaming.
Through these three core strategies, we see real value for our Members. It is the view of my Board that it is quality over quantity that will deliver real value to our Membership.
